Live In Italy is a live album by American musician Lou Reed, originally released in January 1984 via RCA Records.

Recorded live over two nights in September 1983, on the 7^th in Verona and on the 10^th at the ruins of Circus Maximus in Rome. Reed and his band were on a world tour to promote the album Legendary Hearts.

With the majority of the songs came from Reed's Velvet Underground years, the band featured Fernando Saunders, Fred Maher and Guitarist Robert Quine.

This limited double 2LP record is remastered on black vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve, reissued in November 2017 and pressed in Europe.
