Within Australia, all our goods are shipped by Australia Post.
We currently do not ship to overseas destinations either directly or via third parties such as freight forwarding firms.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order number and details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
If you have made payment by credit or debit card, you will also receive an email confirmation from eWay containing your payment details.
We also only ship to the buyer of the goods, and any purchase made as a "gift" to a third party will be packed and shipped with our receipt and store details included.
We will attempt to send your good via Australia Post within two working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. We will advise you via email of any delay in standard shipment times, or unavailability of goods.
