The Feeling Of Falling Upwards is the third live album by Australian pop rock band 5 Seconds Of Summer, released in July 2023 via BMG.

5 Seconds of Summer are an Australian pop rock band from Sydney, New South Wales which formed in 2011, comprising Luke Hemmings (lead vocals, guitars), Michael Clifford (guitars), Calum Hood (bass), and Ashton Irwin (drums). They were originally YouTube celebrities, posting videos of themselves covering songs from various artists during 2011 and early 2012. The band rose to international fame while touring with English-Irish boy band One Direction on their Take Me Home Tour.

The tracks are taken from the band’s 2022 one-of-a-kind at the world-famous Royal Albert Hall in London, a venue the band busked outside of when they moved to the UK to write for their very first album 10 years ago.

The performance included reimagined versions of songs from their 11-year catalogue, including brand-new songs from their critically acclaimed fifth studio album 5SOS5, accompanied by a 12-piece string orchestra and a 12-member gospel choir.

During the performance, vocalist and drummer Ashton Irwin said "The Feeling of Falling Upwards is simply supposed to describe to you the feeling that we have experienced together, the feeling of taking a leap of faith on such a fickle thing like music and sharing this experience together year after year, season after season of our lives.".

This double album 2LP record set is on black vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with gold foil lettering and images, pressed in Europe via BMG.
