Escapade is the debut solo studio album by New Zealand musician and Split Enz founding member Tim Finn, originally released in June 1983 via Mushroom Records.

Celebrating 40 years since the release of the iconic album Escapade, Warner Music Australia released a fully re-mastered version of Tim Finn's solo-masterpiece on exclusive red vinyl.

Escapade was Tim Finn's debut solo release following his time as founding member and lead songwriter of the legendary New Zealand band Split Enz and set the tone for the illustrious, inimitable and successful solo-career that was to follow.

Featuring the hit singles 'Fraction Too Much Friction' 'Staring At The Embers' and 'Made My Day' as well as fan favourite 'In A Minor Key' the album had a red-hot list of guest musicians such as Wilbur Wilde, Venetta Fields, Vince Gill, Joe Camilleri, Mark Moffatt and Ricky Fataar.

This album is a 40^th Anniversary reissue on red coloured vinyl housed in a single pocket sleeve with a printed inner sleeve and remastered audio, pressed in Australia via Warner Music Australia.
