Shift is the seventh studio album by Australian rock band The Living End, originally released in May 2016 via Dew Process.

Australian rock band The Living End formed in 1994 in Melbourne. The bands line-up since 2002 has comprised Chris Cheney (vocals, guitar), Scott Owen (double bass, backing vocals) and Andy Strachan (drums).

The album was produced by Paul Annison and recorded at Red Door Sounds in Melbourne, Australia.

Three singles were released from the album “Monkey” in March 2016 followed by “Keep On Running” (March 2016) and the third and final single was “Staring Down The Barrel which was released in October 2016. This song was inspired by Cheney's battles with alcohol.

The album reached #4 on the Australian ARIA albums charts.

This album is on black vinyl with a plain white inner sleeve, pressed in Australia via Dew Process.
