Sky 2 is the second studio album by English Australian fusion band Sky, originally released in April 1980 via Ariola Records.

Sky were an English / Australian instrumental rock group that specialised in combining a variety of musical styles, most prominently rock, classical and jazz. The group's original and best-known line-up featured classical guitarist John Williams (Australia), bass player Herbie Flowers (England), electric guitarist Kevin Peek (Australian), drummer Tristan Fry (England) and keyboard player Francis Monkman (England).

The follow-up album to their successful debut Sky (1979) was an expansive double album which built on the success of their debut album. The album included a seventeen minute rock suite titled “FIFO” written by Monkman, which stood for “First In First Out”, inspired by the then emerging computer processing techniques.

In addition to original material written by the band members, the album included some classical pieces including an electric treatment of Bach’s "Toccata and Fugue in D Minor", which was released as a single, reaching #5 on the UK Singles charts and was a hit in Australia as well.  Other tracks included a Williams conflation of Spanish folk tunes, a Fry-penned tuned percussion piece, a cover of Curved Air's "Vivaldi", Peek's Arabic-influenced "Sahara", the psychedelic faux-Spanish folk dance "Hotta", and several cheerful Flowers compositions including his tuba showcase "Tuba Smarties" and "Scipio", which Flowers described as "the first piece of music to have Parts I & II running simultaneously.."

Sky 2 reached #1 on the UK Albums chart.

This double album is reissued on white coloured vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve, pressed in the UK via Let Them Eat Vinyl.
