Downes Braide Association - Live In England

Live In England is a live album by British progressive rock duo Downes Braide Association, released in November 2019 via X2X Records.

Geoff Downes is an English keyboard player, songwriter and record producer who rose to prominence with the new wave band The Buggles together with Trevor Horn. He has gone on to join Yes and was a founding member of the prog rock super group Asia and has released a number of solo albums and collaborative albums with his long-time friend John Wetton during his career.

Chris Braide is a British songwriter, singer and record producer, now based in Malibu, Los Angeles. He was first signed as a solo artist by David A. Stewart (Eurythmics) and has subsequently been a successful songwriter, including a frequent collaborator with Australian singer-songwriter SIA.

Downes Braide Association (DBA) is the musical collaboration between Geoff Downes and Chris Braide who joined forces as the result of their close friendship and passion for music. DBA is a labour of love for both Downes and Braide and together they form a unique combination. They have produced three critically acclaimed albums with Skyscraper Souls (2017) being their most ambitious yet.

Live In England is their first live album, recorded at their first ever concert at Trading Boundaries, on 28th September 2018. The album features stunning artwork by Roger Dean.

This double album is on standard black vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves, pressed in Europe via Cherry Red.
