Greatest Hits is the first greatest hits compilation album by American rock band The Cars, originally released in October 1985 via Elektra Records.

The Cars Greatest Hits album brought together hit singles from the bands first five studio albums released between 1978 and 1984.

"Tonight She Comes", a previously unreleased song, and a remix of "I'm Not the One" were issued as singles to support the album. It was a commercial success, going six-times platinum in the USA and four-times platinum in Australia, peaking at #3 on the Australian album charts.

This album is a 2023 reissue on black vinyl housed in a single pocket sleeve with a printed inners sleeve, pressed in Europe via Elektra Records.
