Living In The 70’s is the debut studio album by Australian rock band Skyhooks, originally released in October 1974 via Mushroom Records.

Skyhooks were an Australian rock band who formed in Melbourne in 1973. Their classic lineup between 1974 to 1977 comprised Graeme "Shirley" Strachan (vocals), Greg Macainsh (bass and backing vocals), Red Symons (guitar, vocals, keyboards), Bob "Bongo" Starkie (guitar and backing vocals), and Imants "Freddie" Strauks (drums).

The iconic debut album by Skyhooks turned 50 in 2024 and to celebrate Warner Music Australia released a special 50th anniversary edition - remastered by David Briggs (Little River Band) who was the mastering engineer on the original album release in 1974.

Living in the 70's spent 16 weeks at the top of the Australian Albums Chart at the time of release and was ranked #9 in the acclaimed book '100 Best Australian Albums' compiled by music journalists Toby Creswell, Craig Mathieson and John O'Donnell.
