Top Heavy is an extended play by Australian garage surf rock band Skegss, originally released in June 2025 via Loma Vista Records.

On the anniversary of Skegss’ latest album Pacific Highway Music, the band are launching the first variant of their recent Top Heavy EP.

Limited edition pressing Zoetrope design by Jack Irvine, boasting tracks that mark a fresh sonic departure for the band, in recent singles ‘So Excited’ and ‘State of Hawaii’, even in comparison to the recent full-length record.

Lead singer Benny Reed says on the EP, “We made this in the spur of the moment kind of thing. A few of the songs kind of came out on the spot and we tried to capture it before brewing on them for too long. It was a very fun process.”

This extended play is a limited edition of 1000 copies on zoetrope picture disc vinyl at 45 RPM housed in a PVC sleeve, pressed in Europe via Loma Vista.
