Alien Metal is the twenty-eighth studio album by Australian psychedelic rock band King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, released in August 2026 via p(doom) Records.

Introducing "Alien Metal”; King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard’s 28th studio album. With this project the group have set their controls for the dark heart of electronic dance music.

The album evolved from the "rave shows" King Gizzard debuted in 2025, and was sculpted largely via Eurorack modular synthesizers.

This album is a limited edition on 180 gram translucent black marbled coloured vinyl housed in a high gloss single pocket sleeve with a printed inner sleeve and a fold out poster, pressed in Australia via p(doom).
