Crowded House - Dreamers Are Waiting

Dreamers Are Waiting is the seventh studio album by Australian and New Zealand rock band Crowded House, released in June 2021 via EMI Records.

Crowded House are an Australian and New Zealand rock band formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 1985 after the break-up of the band Split Enz. The founding members were former Split Enz members, New Zealander Neil Finn (vocalist, guitarist, primary songwriter) and Australian Paul Hester (drums).  The band also included Australian Nick Seymour on bass, and later versions of the band included Tim Finn, and Americans Mark Hart and Matt Sherrod (drums). In 2019 Neil Finn announced that the band was being re-activated with himself, Nick Seymour and original producer Mitchell Froom on keyboards, and his sons Liam and Elroy.

The new album Dreamers Are Waiting is produced by Mitchell Froom and the album was preceded by the singles "Whatever You Want", released in October 2020, "To the Island" in February 2021, and "Playing With Fire" in May 2021.

Crowded House embarked on the To The Island tour of New Zealand in March 2021, and have announced plans to tour the UK and Europe in support of the album in 2022.

This album is an indies store limited edition on 180 gram heavyweight bone coloured vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with a printed inner sleeve, pressed in Europe via EMI.
