The Jaded Hearts Club - You've Always Been Here

You’ve Always Been Here is the debut studio album by rock supergroup The Jaded Hearts Club, released in October 2020 via Helium-3 and Infectious.

Formed in 2017 to perform at a birthday party, The Jaded Hearts Club has an iconic line-up, featuring frontmen Miles Kane (The Last Shadow Puppets) and Nic Cester (Jet), guitarists Graham Coxon (Blur) and Jamie Davis, plus Matt Bellamy (Muse) on bass and drummer Sean Payne (The Zutons).

In 2018, they played occasional gigs with differing line-ups, in bars in Chicago and Los Angeles and at a Teenage Cancer Trust show at the Royal Albert Hall. They started covering songs not only by The Beatles but by different artists including Cream, The Who, The Kinks, The Isley Brothers, Marvin Gaye, Peggy Lee and Vera Lynn. In June 2019 the idea came up to record an album consisting of covers of rock 'n' roll and Motown hits.

They recorded their first Album You've Always Been Here shortly before the lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following the success of their two recent releases, including the Isley Brothers' “Nobody But Me” and Marvin Gaye's “This Love Starved Heart Of Mine (Its Killing Me)”, the star-studded band return with their rasping take on “Have Love Will Travel”. Originally recorded by Richard Berry in 1959, the song is gets an epic transformation with Miles Kane's raucous rock 'n' roll vocal leading the way.

This album is on black vinyl with a printed inner sleeve, pressed in Europe via Helium-3 and Infectious.
