The Angels - No Exit

No Exit is the third studio by Australian rock band The Angels, originally released in June 1979 via Albert Productions.

The Angels are an Australian rock band that formed in Adelaide in 1974 as The Keystone Angels by John Brewster on rhythm guitar and vocals, his brother Rick Brewster on lead guitar and vocals, and Bernard "Doc" Neeson on lead vocals and guitar. They were later joined by Graham "Buzz" Bidstrup on drums and vocals, and Chris Bailey on bass guitar and vocals.

Their breakthrough came after signing a recording deal with Alberts and the production team of Vanda and Young, who produced their first hit single “Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again” (1976), and their debut album The Angels (1977). Their second album Face To Face (1978) was a huge commercial success in Australia.

The band’s their third LP No Exit followed in 1979, which peaked at #8 on the Australian Albums charts. One single was released from the album “Shadow Boxer” which reached #25 on the Australian singles chart.

This would be the last studio album released on the Alberts label and the band signed a new recording deal with CBS Records.

This album is a limited edition reissue on heavyweight red & blue splatter on black coloured vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve, pressed in Australia via Albert Productions and BMG.
