Elect The Dead is the debut solo studio album by American musician and System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian, originally released in October 2007 via Serjical Strike and Reprise Records.

Elect The Dead was the debut solo release from the amazing Serj Tankian, lead singer of System of a Down. Released in 2007 originally on his own label (Serjical Strike Records) through Reprise Records, it featured the singles "Empty Walls" and "The Unthinking Majority". Elect The Dead debuted at number 4 on the US Billboard 200 albums chart.

Alongside Tankian appears Armenian-American coloratura Ani Maldjian, drummers John Dolmayan (System of a Down) and Brain (Primus, Guns N' Roses), Dan Monti on guitars, as well as a string section featuring Antonio Pontarelli.

This double album 2LP record set is a limited edition 2024 reissue on silver coloured vinyl with an etching on Side D housed in a gatefold sleeve, pressed in Europe via Round Hill Records.
