Old Mervs is the debut studio album by Australian indie rock duo Old Mervs, released in March 2025 via Dew Process.

Old Mervs arrives as one of the year’s most highly anticipated Australian albums. The Western Australian duo have earned themselves a ferociously devoted fan base since breaking out with punchy surf rock tracks like ‘Cellphone’ and ‘Waiting Around’.

It’s a sound originally carved on a farm in Kojonup, a small town southeast of Perth. Created with freedom and optimism, Old Mervs is, in many ways, a celebration.

A celebration of how they got here, a celebration of where they are going, and a loving celebration of their fans; who have been by their side since those early days bashing out tunes on the farm. “It’s written for them as much as it’s written for us,” Henry says, smiling.

In 2022 they delivered debut EP Get Better, followed up by 2023’s hugely successful EP Give It Up which landed at #2 on the Australian Albums ARIA chart. They spent 2023 circling Australia and New Zealand, playing 36 raucous headline dates and festivals like Splendour in the Grass and Yours & Owls, watching Give It Up’s streams tick up to the 6 million mark.
