The Last Goodbye is the fourth studio album by American electronic duo ODESZA, released in July 2022 via Ninja Tune.
Symphonic, vast, and emotionally stirring, ‘The Last Goodbye’ is GRAMMY-winning duo ODESZA’s most ambitious album to date. Nostalgic yet rooted in the present, it serves as as weeping sonic experience that speaks to themes of connection and reminiscence.
Interwoven with both the new and the old, the album is interspersed with personal audio clips from home video footage, hypnotherapy sessions and even the voices of the duo’s parents, plus features from Ólafur Arnalds, Julianna Barwick, Låpsley, Izzy Bizu, The Knocks, Bettye LaVette, MARO and Charlie Houston.
These collaborations follow previous high-profile musical partnerships with the likes of Leon Bridges, Little Dragon, Regina Spektor, RY X, Naomi Wild and more.
This double album 2LP record set is an indies record stores limited edition on 140 gram opaque mint green coloured vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves and an art card, pressed in Europe via Ninja Tune.
