Miley Cyrus - Plastic Hearts

Plastic Hearts is the seventh studio album by American singer Miley Cyrus, released in November 2020 via RCA Records.

Plastic Hearts marks a shift from her previous “rootsy” country tinged album Younger Now (2017), shifting to a more rock, glam rock and pop based album. Guest vocalists on the album include Joan Jett, Billy Idol and Dua Lipa. The album was primarily produced by Andrew Watt and Louis Bell, with further production collaborations with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt.

Three singles have been released from the album, "Midnight Sky", "Prisoner", and "Angels like You". The album has reached #2 on the US Billboard 200, #4 on the UK and #3 on the Australian ARIA albums charts.

Miley Cyrus released a handwritten letter about the new album, saying “I began this album over 2 years ago... Thought I had it all figured out. Not just the record – its songs/sounds but my whole fucking life. No one checks an ego like life itself. Just when I thought the body of work was finished it was all erased, including most of the music’s relevance because everything had changed.”

Since the album debuted at #3 on the ARIA albums chart, ‘Midnight Sky’ has gone ARIA 2x Platinum and ‘Prisoner’ with Dua Lipa is ARIA Platinum.

The vinyl album features three bonus tracks on Side D previously unavailable on the CD edition of the album.

This double album 2LP record set is on black vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve, pressed in Europe via RCA Records.
