Britney Spears - Greatest Hits: My Prerogative

Greatest Hits: My Prerogative is the first greatest hits compilation album by American singer Britney Spears, originally released in November 2004 via Jive Records.

Released in the midst of Spears' hiatus, Greatest Hits: My Prerogative included three new tracks–a cover of Bobby Brown's "My Prerogative", "Do Somethin'", and "I've Just Begun (Having My Fun)", which was previously included on the international editions bonus disc of Spears' sixth video album Britney Spears: In the Zone (2004).

Greatest Hits: My Prerogative received little to no promotion as Spears injured her knee in June 2004 and was left unable to perform, but produced two singles. The title track was released as the lead single and peaked within the top ten in most international countries, but failed to enter the US Billboard Hot 100, instead peaking atop the US Bubbling Under Hot 100. "Do Somethin'" was released as the second and final single from the album, and peaked at number 100 on the US Billboard Hot 100 despite not being released in the US, while reaching the top ten in 11 countries.

A commercial success, it debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200, the first album not to debut at number one.

This double album 2LP record set is a 2023 limited edition reissue on cream coloured vinyl housed in a single pocket sleeve with printed inner sleeves, pressed in Europe via Jive.
