Delivery Policy


Within Australia, all our goods are shipped by Australia Post.

We currently do not ship to overseas destinations either directly or via third parties such as freight forwarding firms.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order number and details.  We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. 

If you have made payment by credit or debit card, you will also receive an email confirmation from eWay containing your payment details.

We also only ship to the buyer of the goods, and any purchase made as a "gift" to a third party will be packed and shipped with our receipt and store details included.

To reduce the risk of seam split damage to album covers in trasnsit with Australia Post, we will break the plastic seal and pack the vinyl disc outside of the album cover. This also allows us to visually inspect the vinyl disc for any obvious defects before we pack and post to you. If we find any obvious defect when we inspect the record, we will replace the item before posting it to you. If we have only one copy in stock that we find is defective, and therefore can't send you a good copy, we will notify you and process a full refund.

We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within two working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.  We will advise you via email of any delay in standard shipment times, or unavailability of goods.
