The Cactus Blossoms - Easy Way

Easy Way is the third studio album by American country duo The Cactus Blossoms, released in March 2019 via Walkie Talkie Records.

The Cactus Blossoms are a country music duo comprising Jack Torrey and Page Burkum born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The duo self-released a self titled album The Cactus Blossoms in 2011, followed by a live album in 2013 Live At The Turf Club, reflecting a building live performance profile. In 2015 they secured a deal with Red House Records, and released their second studio album You’re Dreaming in 2016.

The band received a further boost to their exposure with an appearance in the David Lynch 2018 series of Twin Peaks: The Return. They released their third album Easy Way in 2019, which further expanded their audience and exposure internationally.

The new album evokes echoes of The Everly Brothers superb harmonies, and the song “Downtown” laments the age of low wages, which evokes memories of Petula Clark’s song of the same name.

This album is an indie stores limited edition on clear coloured vinyl with a printed inner sleeve and download code, pressed in the US via Walkie Talkie Records.
