Reworked is a compilation album by British rock band Snow Patrol, released in November 2019 via Polydor Records.

Snow Patrol are a Northern Irish-Scottish rock band, formed in Dundee, Scotland in 1994. The band current band members are Gary Lightbody (vocals, guitar), Nathan Connolly (guitar, backing vocals), Paul Wilson (bass guitar, backing vocals), Jonny Quinn (drums), and Johnny McDaid (piano, guitar, backing vocals). Initially an indie rock band, the band rose to prominence in the early-mid 2000s as part of the post-Britpop movement.

To celebrate the bands 25th Anniversary, this new album Reworked by Snow Patrol, includes “Time Won't Go Slowly” and new versions of “Open Your Eyes”, “Chocolate” and more. The band decided to record these new versions as they had discovered new things in some of their older songs. The album also includes three new songs including “Think of Home”.

The band says “..for us, it’s like hearing all our favourite tracks with fresh ears….”

This double album 2LP record set is on 180 gram heavyweight black vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves and download code, pressed in Europe via Polydor Records.
