Art Official Age is the thirty-seventh studio album by American musician, singer-songwriter Prince, released in September 2014 via Prince's label NPG Records under license to Warner Bros. Records.

Prince also simultaneously released Plectrumelectrum, with his all-female touring band 3RDEYEGIRL. Both albums were released simultaneously on 30 September 2014.

Art Official Age is a classic Prince album, produced, arranged, composed and performed by Prince and Joshua Welton.

Sonically the record is a contemporary concoction of soul, R&B and funk.

The melodies are immediate and prominent as ever and Prince’s vocals are rich and solid, taking full advantage of his vocal range with decidedly, seductive lyrics.

The album reached #1 on the US Top R&B / Hip-Hop Albums Chart and #5 on the Billboard 200 Chart. It also reached #5 on the Australian ARIA Album Charts.
