Midland - The Last Resort: Greetings From

The Last Resort: Greetings From is the third studio album by American country band Midland, released in May 2022 via Big Machine Records.

Midland is an American country music group formed in 2014 in Dripping Springs, Texas. The band members are Mark Wystrach (lead vocals, guitar), Jess Carson (guitar, vocals), and Cameron Duddy (bass guitar, vocals). The band has released two EPs, their self-titled EP and The Last Resort. They have released three studio albums, On the Rocks and Let It Roll, which have accounted for five charted singles on the Billboard country chart: "Drinkin' Problem", "Make a Little", "Burn Out", "Mr. Lonely", and "Cheatin' Songs". Midland's musical styles are neo-traditional country, Texas country and country rock influences.

Midland spent the pandemic exploring their creative depths, from progressive Country that grew out of “Urban Cowboy” through Dwight Yoakam’s post-traditionalism, and arrive with their third studio album.

For the footloose trio who’s logged several hundred thousand miles, it’s a soundtrack for people seceding from the grind, wanting more out of doing less, and believing in the heroics that made the original Outlaws strong compasses for almost a half century.

This album is a limited edition on green coloured vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve, pressed in Europe via Big Machine Records.
