Polaris - The Guilt & The Grief

The Guilt & The Grief is the second EP by Australian hard rock band Polaris, originally released in January 2016, via the band (self released).

Polaris from Sydney's south built their reputation as one of the most exciting live acts in the Australian heavy music scene with a highly successful 2016. They toured consistently throughout 2016 supporting their second EP “The Guilt & The Grief” at an ever-increasing scale by selling out most of their own headline tour, supporting acts such as Parkway Drive, Plini and Intervals and capped it off in a sold out East-coast tour with Northlane and Hellions in November.

Since the release of their 2016 EP they have gone on to release two full lengths. 2017’s The Mortal Coil which debuted at #6 on the ARIA charts, and 2020’s The Death Of Me which debuted at #3 on the ARIA Charts.

This is the second time this EP has ever been pressed on vinyl.

This limited edition 10” EP is a 2021 reissue on coke bottle green with white splatter coloured vinyl with a printed insert, limited to 450 copies, pressed in Australia via Resist Records.
