When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? is the debut studio album by American singer songwriter Billie Eilish, released in March 2019 via Darkroom and Interscope Records.

Billie Eilish first gained media attention in 2016 when she uploaded the song "Ocean Eyes" to SoundCloud, and it was subsequently released by Interscope Records subsidiary Darkroom. The song was written and produced by her brother Finneas, with whom she collaborates on music and live shows. Her debut EP, Don't Smile At Me (2017), reached the top 15 in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Most of the songs on the album were co-written by Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas O'Connell, who produced the music in his small bedroom studio in Highland Park, Los Angeles.

Musically the album has been characterized as a pop, electropop, avant-pop, and art pop album, though it also features influences from hip hop and industrial music. Its songs explore themes such as modern youth, drug addiction, heartbreak, suicide, and mental health, with lyrical sensibilities of humour and horror.

Eilish said the album was inspired in part by lucid dreaming and night terrors, which are reflected on the albums cover photograph.

The album debuted at the top of the US Billboard 200 albums chart and became the best-performing album of 2019 in the US. It also reached #1 in the UK.

The album contains six US Billboard Hot 100 Top 40 singles: "When the Party's Over", "Bury a Friend", "Wish You Were Gay", "Xanny", "Everything I Wanted" and "Bad Guy", the last of which became her first #1 single in the US.

At the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards in January 2020, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? won Billie Eilish and O'Connell Grammy Awards in the categories of Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album, while "Bad Guy" won them awards for Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Eilish also received a Grammy for Best New Artist, and Finneas won for Producer of the Year and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical (as one of the album's engineers). With her feat, Eilish became the second recording artist and first woman to win the ceremony's four major categories – Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist – for the same year.

This album is a 2022 repress on 180 gram pale apricot coloured vinyl housed in a gatefold sleeve with a printed inner sleeve, pressed in New Zealand via Darkroom and Interscope Records.
