Lioness: Hidden Treasures is a posthumous compilation album by English singer and songwriter Amy Winehouse, released in December 2011 via Island Records.

Known for her deep expressive contralto vocals and her eclectic mix of musical genres, including soul, rhythm and blues, and jazz, Amy Winehouse made her debut with 2003's Frank, which was a critical success in the UK, and was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Her follow-up album, Back to Black, led to five 2008 Grammy Awards, tying the then record for the most wins by a female artist in a single night, and made her the first British woman to win five Grammys, including three of the General Field "Big Four" Grammy Awards: Best New Artist, Record of the Year and Song of the Year. In 2012, Winehouse was ranked 26th on VH1's 100 Greatest Women in Music and was called "the pre-eminent vocal talent of her generation" by the BBC.

Lioness: Hidden Treasures was released in 2011 following the death of Winehouse in July 2011. The album was not intended to be the follow-up to her second studio album Back to Black, as only two songs had been completed prior to her passing for her next album. The album is a compilation of recordings made prior to her debut album Frank and up to the music she had been working on in 2011.

The album and features unreleased songs and demos selected by Mark Ronson, Salaam Remi and Winehouse's family, including the first single, Body and Soul, with Tony Bennett, which had been the last song she had completed recording prior to her passing. This song also featured on Tony Bennett's Duets II album. Our Day Will Come was released as the album's second single. Profits from the release of the single Body and Soul were donated to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, launched on what would have been her 28th birthday to help young people and keep them from alcohol or drug misuse.

British singer Adele has credited Winehouse's success in making her and fellow British singer Duffy's journey to the United States "a bit smoother." Lady Gaga credited Winehouse with paving the way for her rise to the top of the charts, explaining that Winehouse made it easier for unconventional women to have mainstream pop success.  Other artists that have credited Winehouse as an influence and/or for paving the way for them include Bruno Mars, Ellie Goulding, Jessie J, Emeli Sandé, Victoria Justice, Paloma Faith, Lana Del Rey, Sam Smith, Florence Welch, Halsey, Alessia Cara, Daya, and Estelle.

AllMusic editor John Bush felt that "only the songwriting and prevalence of covers or 'original versions' reveal that this is a posthumous collection", crediting Salaam Remi and Mark Ronson for making the album "strikingly uniform." The two listend to thousands of hours of vocals to put the album together, Remi commented on the project, "When I listened back you would hear some of the conversations in between—that was emotional. It has been hard, but it has also been an amazing thing. Amy was a gifted girl. I believe she has left something beyond her years. She has put a body of work together that will inspire an unborn generation. I'm blessed to be part of that process, to have known that person and to continue her legacy with this album."

Lioness: Hidden Treasures debuted at the top of the UK Albums Chart with the biggest first-week sales of Winehouse's career. It debuted at #5 on the US Billboard 200, selling 114,000 units and making it her highest-debuting album in the US.
